I remember watching Transformers The Movie, as in the animated movie where they had Megatron close to death and was salvaged and repaired by Unicron to become Galvatron. That movie was to me, very cool! The death of Optimus Prime, the ascension of Hot Rod to Rodimus Prime...it had everything...even that rock theme song when Hot Rod held the Matrix and was transformed...
