I bought mine from Amazon. You may want to check SLS 3rd floor (I think it's called Hung Brothers) as I saw a Tascam digital recorder at the shop when I bought my Bigshot i/o switch there.

the bass cancelling is rather effective - as the range of bass notes are quite limited so the gadget can perform this rather well.
