say you are in need to revise your current tone- which of the above would you get? if you can spare the time to account for your choice, it'd be great. muchas gracias.

new amp for me. now im using a crappy SS, the line 6 spider.
trying to get either a epi VJ, fender champ or maybe even a vox ac15.

anyway amps make up for most of your tone, no not guitars or effects.

i see it's not in the option list but i'm dying to try out some glendale brass saddles to see what kind of difference they will make to my teles..

modded VJ sound quite good to me, epi les paul sound nice unplugged, but the pickup doesn't sound good driven hard. and i don't use effects,

so the options for me are: new and better speaker cab/pickup (looking at bill lawrence)/ treble boost pedal. i think pups are most urgent ones :)

Its either pickups or amps, but I chose pickups first since thats more affordable than amps. Of course it'll be a dream to own a half stack but since its not that practical to own a set yet, I'd be very interested to know how a change in pickup would differ.

Say, some gibby burstbuckers swapping out the stock epi pickups?

Of course he also has the amps to pair with those pickups. Just listen to all his epi custom clips, sweet.

New pups for me. My bridge pup which is SD Screamin Demon has just too much treble and craaaaaank. There is no warmth in the tone. Multi fx wont be able to give warmth to the tone

using a shit mg15cdr, house has no space for a stack... maybe when i get the cash i will go for jvm combo or sth

definitely a new amp for me...i've invested quite a bit in distortion pedals, but with my fender champion amp at home, i can simply use any distortion pedal and tweak around the amp to easily get the tone i like...but i've tried all distortion pedals with the crappy amp in studio and still haven't found my fav tone yet...

pedals follow by amplifier. unless amplifier is can be move around easily. then my choice would definetly be amplifier :)

but if only amp...den if u perform for a gig or smth...

are u gonna bring ur amp along?

if not..den the wads the point? unless ur a total bedroom guitarist.
