Following last year's sold-out concert at the Victoria Theatre, 900 lucky people were the first to witness Tommy Emmanuel's first large scale concert in Singapore. Not only did he receive a standing ovation at his concert, following 3 hours of virtuoso playing, he received a standing ovation at his masterclass as well.
Now he's ready for the Esplanade, a 1800 capacity concert hall with world class acoustics.
Tickets will go on sale pretty soon, at SISTIC.
Masterclass is definitely confirmed, and details will be announced asap.
Tommy really enjoyed his short time here in Singapore last year, and is eager to return just as we are eager to have him back. =)

Who is Tommy Emmanuel?
He is a Grammy Nominated, Australian Guitar Legend who's taking the music world by storm with his incredible technique, range of material, from country, to rock, to pop, to jazz, to blues. Formerly the lead guitarist for the Australian rock band Dragon, he has switched to the Acoustic Guitar for all his shows.
Hailed by many of world's top guitarists, as THE best guitarist in the world. He was the only musician to receive a standing ovation at Les Paul's recent birthday celebration. He plays over 300+ live shows a year, he is one of the most exciting live acts to watch today.
And more importantly, he's the nicest, most encouraging person you'll ever meet. Just ask anyone who went to his masterclass last year.
