Heyy guys, just wondering if anyone's got any tips on pimping out guitars?
Pretty new to this field of guitar pimpin, so would be nice to get some ideas!!
Anyone knows where to get nice stickers for guitars? was thinking of using the car bumper sticker but i wasnt sure how itll stick. Dont want my guitar to look like an ah beng's honda civic.

yeah well i only use those during gig day...

And i actually do have that installed in my acrylic guitar. Did it myself, though. They light up whenever I strum or pick a note... Pretty fun, but only do so when there is nothing else better to *zhng*.... I did it out of boredom.

wad.. you spend $18 per gig just to have the neon strings? they flake like crazy man, in no time the part over the pickup area will be a mess of flaked neon paint. haha i understand if it was for bass, that one damn chio but for guitars, the strings are just too thin la, better off with a $16.50 elixir set

i dont see why not? i like the spank of fresh strings on my guitar for each gig. then i continue using them even after the picking area wears out. might not work for some people. but hell, i love that look. it's even my avatar pic if u see closely... and i use auroras. $16. cheaper than elixirs. they sound great, too. *shrugs*

maybe auroras are better than DRs. where do you get those?

Davis has them... They sound bright and not as dull as DR's, and they feel nicer too IMO.. And though the colour still flakes off, the strings still have the protective coating over them... Dont take my word or it... Give them a shot. =)
