To choose the right amplifier You must..

just my 2 cents worth... my church uses a vox.. can't really remember the model... apparently after some use (was still quite new), the input jack just collapsed in... apparently the inlet that holds the jack input is made of plastic. unlike other amps which are usually metal...

this could be an isolated incident, but just be careful when u use it, cos they had to open the electronics to fix back the jack input... the sound is good though.. very clean sounds.. only just this prob so far... hope it helps...

Haiyo.. I was thought of buying Vox amps.. Hmm.. Hei Subversion.. Does your mini-stack sound very loud?? I am considering to buy a bigger amp instead of a small one..

it's much louder than the non-stack version- thanks to the extra speaker in the package. however, it won't outperform a 50W amp...

Hmm how about buying a multi effects unit and a pair of headphones to plug in? The amp you use at home most prob will not be as good or bad as the one you use at e jamming studio.
