Hi Bro/sis,
my virgin post here!
Firstly, I am a noobie in music playing and decided to learn a chinese instrument, erhu. I have been learning for slightly over half a year at a CC. I tried to practice everyday about half to 1 hour but I felt frustrated at time because my timing, my sense of rythm is bad. I have recording of my teacher's demo, it help a little but I am thinking if I could use technology to speed up my learning process.
So, I was thinking if I could create my own midi based on the scoresheet (chinese style number system) provided by my teacher and play it while practising, like those when you sing in karaoke. Any bro/sis got experience in this? any software to recommend? I googled and found this open source, MUtool but have not look in details. think this could help in my quest for learning the erhu?
many thanks
