ok, after much consideration, ive decided to get a les paul after cny :D hongbao mah!

wads the best les paul that youd recommend?
good tone, playability, long lasting and affordable.

gibson too ex, epiphones quality tend to lack behind these days. i was considering an edwards, but ive got no idea how much it is.

so, wads the best les paul youd buy?
(tell me the price and where to get in sg too! thanks!) :D :D :D

looks and finish-wise I think those burny quite impressive....the price are not bad also....around 1000+ i guess....haven't got chance to own one of those tho....tell me if u got chance to try one....i m thinking of getting the white one also..... :)

If u have $1.2k to spare, get an Edwards. If you budget below that, you might wanna try the MIC Epiphones @ Swee Lee or MIC Burny @ Yamaha.

serious that there are no more MIK epi LPs?
anyway, why not you find used? there are MIJ epis, orvilles etc.

MIK, still have....but have to look for second hand. Most of the Epi's have gone Chinese now. MIJ rarer.

Hm, just came back from Japan. Wanted to get the edwards LTC90... but when i ask them, they say all Edwards are made in Korea.. ( ? )

In the end i got myself a Tokai LC85.

if u wan epiphone MIK one...can go guitar77... they r bringin in epiphone now too... as for edwards..there r limited pieces in davis..so most of the time u need to ask them to bring in from japan...

neuro182 -> lol I have no idea man... I was damm shock and confused when the guy says Edwards are MIK without any doubt. ( I was thinking he thought Edwards = Grassroots )

Anyway the LTC90 wasnt in its best shape..

I might be testing market for the Tokai... anybody interested :D Bid from $1300.

ive personally tried Edwards in japan. yes that particular model.

I have to say all of them are constructed really well. Just that there are only a few pieces of Edwards in Singapore.
