having been warded in hospital recently due to an ailment and later finding out I had 3 other (buy 1 get 3 free) ... I have begun to really re-think my lifestyle & eating habits ...
(Btw I have heart, liver, gallblader and high blood pressure problems)..

Lets hear from softies who have any health problems and how / what you are doing to change your lifestyle ... ?

I'd say avoid fried foods, eat more veggies and fruits and try to engage urself in physical activity, max 1 hr, 3 times a week

Oh and one more thing, try to have home cooked meals regularly too..
