beatmerchants i only liked the room 3.the rest was just yet to be re-written.

+1 to screamfest. Room 3 is by far the best room. Room 1 & 5 is kinda secluded I guess so it's good if you wanna jam privately. But I guess since it's not for anyone's ears.. the equipment there kinda.. koyak. But they support our NS men with their SAFRA discounts so.. plus point there!

I used to go to this place at lavender, near hotel 81, forgot the name. But yeah that place was good. And I still miss soundmix

I think it's soundwave or something like that. Marshall stacks and a Vox AC30?

My vote for best studio goes to *scape!
Used to jam at L cube with my previous band. But haven't been there in a long time. Not sure if it's still as good. But it's pretty far :\

Seng Chai, Alvron & Front-side Boons are damn terrible. Both equipment and service. From scrap amps, crappy drums, shitty mikes to funny smell, had-a-bad-day-everyday face. damn.. it's just so unpleasant paying for those shit.

Best studio i've ever jam would be at Fourtones (big room).

my favourites are,boon studios (behind one)
damn friendly uncle.
roland jc 160 some more.

fourtones (the biggest room)
chill out,cosy.
good drums.
acceptable amps.

lee kwong seng (although abit koyak here and there)
but it feels like home!
room 5 is acceptable.

i havent been to alot of studios in singapore,
but least favourite is beat merchants.
marshall avt series is the worst marshall ever made.
low end ampeg bass amps.urrrgggh.
but drums are quite okay though.

lol its pretty unanimous la the most hated jaming studio well mf faves will be stonejamz coz the owner always helps us out and even coach us like a good mentor should.he does dat for all the bands god bless him.fourtonens is cool opf course with the big roooms.but well the best studios in my opinion are those with ownrs who are musicans themselves coz they dunt think about 'u pay if u suck get out' or 'do wadever u want if spoil antng u pay im just here to earn cash' the best are those who actually give tips to improve etc.hope there are more studios with good mentors out there

lol its pretty unanimous la the most hated jaming studio well mf faves will be stonejamz coz the owner always helps us out and even coach us like a good mentor should.he does dat for all the bands god bless him.fourtonens is cool opf course with the big roooms.but well the best studios in my opinion are those with ownrs who are musicans themselves coz they dunt think about 'u pay if u suck get out' or 'do wadever u want if spoil antng u pay im just here to earn cash' the best are those who actually give tips to improve etc.hope there are more studios with good mentors out there

Some can do it ah. But it depends on the bands to accept your help. Sometimes ah, you ask the band to decrease the gain a lil bit, or volume of bass amp a lil bit. They do it to show you. When you go off, its back to max. Its a rarity but young bands are hard to control ah. haha
