hey! i recieved news that the SL sale's prolly next week (last day of may and 1st day of june). so was just wondering what u guys think of getting?

Honestly, no. it's awfully selfish and downright desperate of you to make such a request. There are other people like me who are eyeing the Elims, so it's a fair game. You get in queue early, you stay patient, quite likely you'll get what you want. If you can't/don't though, too bad, wait for the next sale or score a deal off the buy/sell section here.

BUT that aside,

I'll gladly do so if I'm paid for my services! :mrgreen:

Anyone had any Swee Lee sale experiences before (with respect to buying drum gear, cymbal, drum stuff)? Do you manage to get what you were lookin for? Can share your experiences?

well i have heard people camp early in the morning...so u had better get there early...some say stuff is in plenty...depends on what u want....and how many other people want it ( lol...i know its obvious ). so yea most people get what they are looking for...i hope i can get my pedals

haha.. i remember i was camping at swee lee overnite 2 years ago at bras basah branch... haha eventually didn't get my iron cobras because the MFO members got it first (so i know how it feel man to not get what ya want) Anyways, no regrets because i manage to save up for a dw eventually which is much better 4 me

I got a pretttttty good deal on my pearl eliminator double pedals. I paid less than $300 for it. I also picked up a Tama brass snaredrm for $350. All sticks n accessories for half the price. This was like towards the end of the sale. I didnt queue up or anything...maybe i was just lucky i got what i wanted.

Just go for the sale, either you get what you want or you dont, all's fair in the game of GAS. If you can't get, no matter how desperate you are, live with it. And yes, like what subversion said, if you missed the stuff you wanted on the first day, go again on the second day. You never know what you might uncover lol.

I used elims with IC beaters. For me, its not really nice.. Elims work best will Elims beaters. If u want might as well get IC pedals man..
