Star Wars Ep III- anticipations?

i'm definitely no big Star Wars fan but i'm anticipating EpIII just as much as the average fan, simply because when i get into a story line, i can't leave it hanging without a deserving conclusion. anyway, word is, there are unexplained bits in the upcoming EpIII that is bridged by, of all things, a cartoon DVD. for instance, who is General Grevious in his previous life, how strong is he? ever wonder why Master Jedi Kit Fisto sports a tentacular hairdo? how strong is the clone army?

how crucial are these bits, you may ask? after watching the DVD depicted above, i must say that you are better off watching it, unless you are content in accepting the manifestations in EpIII without prior knowledge to certain conceptions. personally, i feel very satisfied after watching the Clone Wars DVD, it contains a very sad premonition, especially the demise of many jedi knights.

haha, i saw a few episodes on cartoon network, veri funny e way mace windu is depicted, with e big forehead, and yoda doesn't awlk around with his walking stick, very humorous

Finally somebody mention the magic words...

First of, its 11 more days to the movie that I have been waiting since the first news of a Star Wars prequel gonna be made... Anakin gonna turn a bad ass in this one and for those who have been keepin up with spoilers like myself will know that its gonna be one hell of a movie.. If u guys think that Darth Vader is one hell of a bad guy then watch out for the Emperor as he's gonna unleash the f**kin fury in Epi III, "R u threathening me Master Jedi..."

Ok as for the Clone Wars animation series, its basically a time line set between what happens after Epi II to before Epi III. Its basically 20 episodes of shorts in 10-12 mins length.. The recently concluded second season shows 5 more episodes... It basically like a footnotes version of the Dark Horse comic version of the same title, with introduction of characters like Grevious(whos gonna be in Epi II and Assajj(a Dark Jedi who wanna be Sith so badly).. Its a nice series to watch if u r into Star Wars esp with the episode of how a Lightsaber is being made... If u want more indepth of the Clone Wars then I suggest that u guys read up the comic series and also Labyrith of Evil which is a book to tie up with Epi III.. It also explains the mysterious Jedi Master Syfo Dias that "ordered" the clone army in Epi II..

I really really cant wait for the movie... Plus with all the merchandise and marketing done rite now for Star Wars all over SG, it feels like Star Wars heaven for me...

i hate to be a spoiler but one of my best fren star wars nut found the script of episode 3 on the web and downloaded and read it ... i havent but the dweeb keeps spoiling it by dropping alot of secrets.

Wow..u're starting to sound like one of those star wars fans i watched on the late night show with conan O brian..where they showed those totally star wars fans who reads everything regarding star wars..collecting everything abt star wars..and even dress up like the characters...madness..and they way they speak..sheesh..it's traumatising man..anyway..the trailer's kinda good..cus they roughly show u everything dat's gonna happen to anakin..how he's gonna defect and turn evil..not bad..it's a feat to wait this long juz to hear some news that it's gonna be opening soon..cheers~!

The gd ol Order 66 which ultimately kills most of the Jedis and Vader finishing off the rest later(one for the tv mini-series).. Well yeah the script is available online but the book is already out too so anybody who reads it will already know the whole storyline also... Heh...

As much as the much publicise Obi wan vs Anakin duel that is being marketed as being the ultimate fight, I would say the duel between Yoda vs the Emperor would have to be one to look out for.. hehe..

Though the trailers may make it seems that Anakin turning bad is something like a hero turning into an anti-hero, its actually more tragic than that...

May 19th cant come soon enough...

Hmm... Really?? Which source did u get it from?? I hope its not from a site call SuperShadow... Maybe its one of the many fan's works.. Cause the actual script is only "leaked" when the book came out.. Other than that its only been the many mini leaks from materials of the book and visual dictionary...

the Clone Wars DVD actually did justice to the characters portrayed there- after watching the show, i'm convinced by the extraordinary powers the Jedis possess. one can only hope that the visuals in Ep III would really portray the true powers of certain characters. thusfar, i find both Ep I & II
lacking in character developments...

IMO, as much as me being a big fan, I feel most of the Star Wars films has that flaw in the developing characters dept.. I think thats where the Star Wars literature comes in place to feel the in between gaps...

Sub, if u like the DVD then I highly recommend u read the comic version as well.. The second battle between Assajj and Anakin is much more dramatic and darker... Thats where Anakin got his scar on his eye as well...

I like ep.1 it's IMO just ep.2 that isn't that good.

I accidentally stumbled upon this site which has tons of screenshots and tells the storyline so it spoiled it a bit for me (although the site doesn't tell much details in the storyline, the pictures tell all about it). It sounds really good.

About jedi knight being an official religion in the UK, you can read that from one of last month's sunday live section.

Wow!!! A gathering of the Force!!!! Definitely can't wait for the final installment and probably the best of the series!!! Didn't know that U guys are also into star Wars too..

My fav Star Wars character is not found in any of the movies but he played a vital role in the novels. He's non other than Corran Horn!!!
