i dunno a thing about the camp too. but i know i'm going for the sports camp briefing this friday.
i dont feel i'm goina like it at SP uhs. hehe. as for MI , i already got a so called family there. but 3 years and A levels. so not worth it.

One: what's with you people and "no exams"? it's better to HAVE exams, it'll filter out all the lazy buggers that will pull u down when it comes to group project work. serious. and exams keep u driven, not slacking ur butt off at home. anyhow, FSV isn't academically stressful because it's more a practical course. HOWEVER they dont teach u enough. that's what i feel, and that's what the industry feels sometimes. i've met FSV graduates who don't know what some equipment is there for. this shows that the course is made for you to pass, and doesnt really PREPARE you sufficiently.

haha FSV was cool. WAS. now, it stinks. only the big rec studio pwns.
mm a room of Mac G4s, a room of macG5s the one with just a screen for a com. a room of a protools mixer. fairly ok i think. but in lasalle it's the practicality that gets u places. the lecturer doesnt know the manual to pro tools at the back of his hand, but he knows alternate ways to solve a problem and he'll teach u if u ask. i'm not a "by the book" person anyway, so that works for me, haha.

not worth it tho, it hangs a lot more than the normal ibook/powerbook series... well whatever rocks your boat!
i think it's a stupid move. they're just LAZY to get computers for you to use. if u've been doing editing long enough, u'll know that what can be done on the computer in 5 hrs will take an entire day on the laptop - it's slower, less options, less disk space, etc it's just not worth doing school projects on a laptop. lol, get a G5 mac and ull pwn ass!

why? i dunno. i dont know why the hype over INTEL chips. it's like a sudden change and everyone goes for what may be the "BETA" series!!! omg man. the power books are still pwnage!!!!!!! of cuz the desktops pwn more. whahahahahaha
hangs more: lotsa reviews. three reliable ones at least. but of cuz an apple doesnt hang as irritatingly as a windows does.

they're better but they're new. it's like how u get NEW BETTER RUNNING SHOES. they ARE better, but u'll have to get used to them first, get them worn to the shape of your feet.
in other words, the macintosh system wasn't built for intel chips; it'll take a while for the new problems to be solved.
