Sound buzzing

Hi fellow softies, hope someone can help me on this.

Issue: Unnecessary Sound Buzzing ( Emmmmmmm mono tone sound)

Setup:

Peavey Rage 158 15 Watts Amplifier > Digitech Digidelay > Sansamp GT-2 > Randolf-modded Ibanez TS-7 > Fender Strat Connected by a daisy chain.

I don't use a OneSpot to power my pedals. I use this to power my pedals:

ZOOM Class II Transformer
Input 230V ~50Hz(hertz)
Output DC 9V 300mA(miliampere)

It's actually an adaptor used to power one of my Single-unit Multi-efx Zoom Pedal.

I've tried troubleshooting and perhaps maybe the Sansamp GT-2 or the Randolf-modded TS-7 was the source of this noise but even when removing the TS-7 from the chain the buzzing is still present. Would a OneSpot solve this? Because a OneSpot has the daisy chain in it. My adaptor is actually only for a single pedal but I plugged it to a daisy chain and then to the pedals.

Is your amp grounded? Try plugging guitar straight into the amp and see if problem persists.

Trial and error and find out which equipment is causing the problem, then, we can find a solution for the humming.

hey. I just tried the guitar straight to the amp. NO humming. Is changing a 2pin to a 3pin grounding? Well in any case, it's grounded alr.
