Some ambient instrumental, (post-rock?) tracks.

Hello, I've recorded a few drumless tracks, meant as practice for my drummer, but I thought of putting it up here to get some input. Some of these were recorded with two, some with three guitars. If you listen closely, you can hear a lot of mistakes. Life is full of mistakes.

As a click track anything goes, but as an actual track, i think you should try taking out the mids a little on some of the guitars. Also the panning is a little too extreme. either shift them closer together, and/or run everything through a bus with a reverb and compressor.

thanks for the input. I'm really an amateur when it comes to mixing. Anyway I recorded the tracks from a single cheap multifx unit into the line in on my pc. So that will explain why the guitars sounds like crap. I didn't do any edits to the guitars to make it sound more raw, but I'll try some eq'ing and reverb next time round.

about the panning, I thought it sounded ok. It might have been extreme during the intro to the first song, but for the rest I thought it wasn't too annoying. I'll try mixing them closer to the center next time though.
