I have a small storage space for lease on short term basis ranging from 1 month to 12 months.
My rates are definitely cheaper than the market.
Rate is as follows:
1 month = $200
2-6 months = $190
7-12 months = $180
size of space is about 40 sqf with a 9 feet ceiling, so stuffs can be stacked high.
I've had family who rented the place to store their stuffs for 3 months when they were awaiting for their new
renovated home.
Suits people who needs short term storage purposes.
