Small Chested Drivers Can't Drive?

What's with the breast man? they wanna see more big-breasted women on the road? hehe..
I went to Ho Chin Minh. i saw no bike above 200cc. most were below 150cc.
Though this is a crazy law. i think it makes sense. i've seen first hand people carrying super heavy and bulky goods on their scooters. (metal pipes also). got some interesting pics from my com. may upload when i reach home.

btw erp cannot make it there la.. i saw one guy crash into a car. think he broke his hand. but he took up his bike and rode off with his good hand. what more for erp man...

(Off-topic: momentum, the University of Melbourne Union House bubble tea shop... it's horrible! It's like $3 for the basic flavours, and add 50 cents for the jelly things, and yea, just ridiculous!)

Ok, back on topic. Haha. Wow... yea, I reckon Vietnamese/Thai/China/anyothercountryyoucanthinkofthatIcan't cyclists are so tough. I wouldn't dare ride a bike in those places. There was this once I went to Guangzhou, and my family was in a taxi. Taxi stopped, my dad opened the door, and this cyclist rode right into it. Haha. He was cursing my dad quite a bit...

BUT back on topic AGAIN, they're quite tough. And maybe they just don't want small-chested drivers aka small-built people aka "weak" people to be on those dangerous roads? Haha.

Yes, I know, I'm not making any sense. Nextplz...

oh yai got some pictures of Vietnam roads. Went there on a holiday. It's CRAZY!! motorbikes are all over the place! one person cause an accident acn lead to a potential BUILD-UP and MOUNTAIN of motorbikes! Serously!

Anyone wants me to upload them? I don't know whether my Photobucket still works but can try!
