skinny jeans n music?

in recent fab,skinny jeans n music has seem to have lots more in common than meets the eye u ppl tink so?well,i happen to notice that there is a common pool of musicians who wear skinnys like gabe saporta(cobrastarship),adam lazarra(TBS),the whole paramore and alot more la...i have nothin agaisnt them infact,i respect them!but i hate those wanker kids who wear skinnys cos they tink its cool..well friends,skinny is a cut of jeans n different cuts of jeans fits differently for diff ppl..sooooo take a closer look.....some look better than others in skinny if i have to put it in a nice way.....

i jus wanna know the connection of musicians n skinnys?

It's the latest fashion fad. And yes,some people really don't look nice with skinnies..urmm..those "big" people.

It's just another fashion fad, no need to analyse too much :lol: What you're observing might simply be the fact that musicians tend to emulate their fav bands/artistes.

Today I saw a whole group of 16 year old bengs and lians outside the LKC National Library all wearing skinny jeans.

I think during my Fire and Sparks discotheque days, those skinny jeans came in the form of brands like Moschino and Valentino. And of course Versace.

Can still remember vividly dancing with to Mortal Kombat Techno Syndrome, Love Is All Around (DJ Bobo), Masterboy, Fun Factory and the likes. I can't ever forget that time when tea dance starts, there was this thing that came down from the ceiling at Fire amidst the smoke generated from the smoke machine, to the tune of the Batman movie. Cool sia.

And lians back then were so much chio-er, I think.

Now lians.. Don't know what to say liao.

Lian fashion + emo hairstlye (cockadoodle doo hairdo) + low strung jeans and very visible crack lines = ????
