Hi guys,

Firstly, I must apologise for the delay caused by something that cropped up within my committee. Therefore, all bands have not received any confirmation yet.

I will personally email all bands that have made it for the available timeslots via the email add that they have provided me with. After which, a lineup of the programs involving the bands will be posted here in SOFT.

I hope you guys understand that the response is overwhemling and we are not able to accommodate all the bands that have contacted me, even if they did so much earlier. This is due to:-
1) We would like to have a good mix of the different types of performances (eg. rapping, live bands, wushu etc)
2) We have only 24hrs to spare

Emails will be sent out to all bands who will be participating our event by Monday, 25/02/2008, 12pm.

Thanks for your patience and once again, very sorry for the delay.

Confirmation

Hi guys,

Sorry for the long long wait. Finally managed to send the confirmation email out to the bands which have been selected.

Email has been sent at 1.30am, 25 Feb 2008. Please check the email address that you have given me earlier.

I'm sorry that I'm not able to take in all the bands, as mentioned earlier.

Also, I'm not sure where the rumours came from, but our event is definitely going to take place on 1st and 2nd March 2008, that's for sure.

The lineup will be posted some time later.
