Share: Personal ghostly encounters...

I get you. But why must they? their only reason of existence is to scare out people? I'll tell you my experience once in my auntie's house in Malaysia. A few cousins of mine and I stayed up late and chatted outside when I felt like someone was watching me from behind the pillars in front, it disappeared everytime I looked and this continued for some time. I felt it was peeping from different pillars but thought nothing of it and thought my mind was playing games. At the same time I could hear a hysterical laughter of a woman in a distance, my thought was it was the neighbour or some family members laughing while watching tv or it was from the tv or something. I wasn't feeling afraid or suspect anything all the while. It was until an older cousin decided that we went it, out of a sudden. Inside when I asked, he told me what he heard and "saw", which was exactly what I was experiencing. Now the thing did not really came up and scare the shit out of us.

This kind of encounter is what you are referring too right? But can you explain why 2 people are experiencing the same things at the same time? Both of our mind are playing the exact same things?

In actual fact, I thought that the place being haunted was bullshit, I was just there for a good time with my friends. I never expected to find out that the place really is haunted.

Another possibility is that the place is not technically haunted, but evil spirits congregate there. There are evil spirits everywhere, they're not limited to one place. At least that's what I believe.

But like wasp said, if two or more people experience the exact same thing, that can't be a mind thing already, isn't it?

I have something to share too. It was told by one of my poly classmates.
Some people believe that if a family member passes on, he/she would return to the house in the form of a moth.
So a female friend of my poly classmate was taking a shower very late in the night.
Then, a moth somehow flew into the toilet and she saw the moth.
She quickly turn off the tap and took a towel to wrap herself up.
She then looked up to the moth and says, "Ah gong, dont look at me taking a shower leh!"

:D her ah gong just passed away that time.

have you guys seen dead and preserved human heads in front of you?
and human dissection being done right infront of you?..well,no ghost can scare you after that i tell ya..haha
i`m in the medical field, that`s how i know:)

interesting bro. i managed to see (live) only a severed finger, & my dead neighbour's kids (murdered, case still unsolved @ Geylang Bahru) being carried out of the house...

Dead bodies are equally scary, my time in coast guard I've seen decomposed bodies, fresh corpses, bloated body from drowning. And the smell of those decomposed bodies...as though they lingered for days. I swear I could smell it even after a day..It was my 1st time seeing one. But in the end you couldn't help but feel sorry too.

i happen to see the 'supernatural' twice in my life...though i'd rather pass it as my imagination. but what the hey, here goes nothing

5 years old. i was living in bedok north. i had this carved mirror right in front of the mattress i slept(i slept in the hall). it faced me. i've always been scared of those type of mirrors malay usually have, those carved in weird shapes. one fateful night. 8+pm. mom was cooking. and then i saw it...a hand just came out of the mirror. yes. A HAND, frantically trying to grab something. i stoned. it lasted around 10 secs. took me a good 10mins to get myself to move. told my mom, then she led me to read the Muqqaddam(its sort of like a holy Quran, donoe how to explain).

sec 3. i was in the commitee in charge of a camp for sec 1 malay students. one of the nights, the seniors were chilling in the AVA room, some watch movie on the big screen, some slept, some hanky panky. we took turns to lead a certain group of freshies to their supper and to bed. so my crush had to bring her group down. so i followed her. while the freshies eat, we err(blablabla).....then she went back to the group. i walked back to the AVA room alone. corridor was super dark, with rooms on each side and only lit by the exit sign. i walk halfway down then i saw it. a girl, small. i could see just enough to make out the form of her. she hid behind a wall. stoned again. but took me only 10 secs to gather up courage(lucky can see in the AVA through the small glass plane on the door) and go the far end to enter. the girl just observed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~3 years later(this year), then report of sightings of the girl came around. nobody believed me that time. i also heard that during this one camp, a girl got possessed by the "girl". what the hey. im outta there. lucky.

lovelovelovelove. that was a long post or what.

A lot of death cases around here :\
In the last month, 3 accidents happened. 2 infront of the CC and one at St Michael's. 2 were fatal. But i'm not sure about the one that happened last night/the night before.
Before that, a boy commited suicide near my block.
And before that, was that case that Sub mentioned.

Oh and just 2 days ago, my friend and i stayed back till about 6.30 in the Technical block to complete our art. So there were like only the 2 of us and maybe a few art teachers (not more than 2) in that block of 6 levels.

So after i was done, i packed my stuff and brought my art piece to the room next to it so that it could dry the next time i went back. Then i suddenly heard footsteps as if someone was dragging their feet. The thing is, i knew there wouldn't be anyone there. So i screamed and ran out of the room. My classmate thought i was kidding cause i usually kid about these kinda stuff to scare people but she saw me running like a madcow. So she grabbed my hand and ran out with me.

And since we were the only ones left, we had to switch off all the lights and fans and lock the doors. So we ran in and tried to switch everything off at the same time cause the switches there are damn screwed up and ran out. After that we ran out and ran down the steps.

So today, the same friend stayed back with my to complete our art along with another friend this time. We were about to leave at the same time as the other day. So as usual, i packed my stuff and ran in and out of the other room to leave it to dry. Then i ran out and we quickly tried to switch off all the screwed up lights as usual. We managed to switch off all the lights in the room we were in but not the freaky room. So my friend and i were like shit. We switched on the back lights of the room and ran to the other room to switch off the lights and ran back. When we switched off the light in the non scary room, another set of lights switched on. We screamed our asses off and ran out.

We stood outside the classroom and didn't dare to go in to switch off the lights. Then suddenly, the lift door opened without making any sound and a lady with long black hair walked out all 3 of us screamed hysterically at different timings cause we were standing in different directions....

Only to realise that it was my art teacher. So we made her go into the room to switch off the lights. At the same time, she was trying to suck in her laugh.

when i was young, i'm always told that bukit batok is scary.

well, my family moved to bukit batok in 1999, when i was in primary 3. me and my sister had our own rooms so of course, we had a chance to protect our privacy, so we had a habit of closing the door every time we leave the room.
so one night, it was around 7pm i think, my sis and i were leaving my room. my parents were in the living room watching tv. she walked out first and i followed behind. i pulled the doorknob and peered inside my room at the same time. it was dark but i saw something.
there was this man, amidst the darkness, standing just behind the door where i could see him. i couldn't see his face cos he was in the dark but i could really see his silhouette. he was tall and somewhat muscular.
i was shocked cos he appeared out of nowhere and quickly slammed the door shut. but little did i know, my sister had her hand near the hinges. and when i shut the door, her fingers got pinched. she cried and my dad threw a pillow at my face from the living room. that didn't hurt cos all the while, i was thinking of that man.

another story.
sometime later, i think it was the next year, i visited my cousin, who lives in bukit batok as well. he always shared with me whatever unusual things he's seen in his life. most of them in bukit batok.
he shared a room with his sister and their room was facing their grandmother's room. so its kinda like, their doors were facing each other sort of thing.
well that evening, i bathed at his house. i used his cupboard mirror, which faces their grandma's door. her door was opened. i was combing my hair when i saw an old man, with a songkok and and wearing baju kurung, praying. thing is, he was praying in the opposite direction.
i told my aunt about this. she took out an album and showed me a picture of an old man wearing a songkok and asked me if it was him who i saw. i said yes. turns out it was my cousin's grandfather who passed away long ago.

i'm kinda amazed. i keep hearing people saying, "eh you know, this school was built on a japanese cemetery" and all that. i found out that my primary school, secondary school, and even my poly was built on a cemetery.

small world.

i always hear stories about the schools i've been to. my primary school, for example. it's in bukit batok, of course. that famous one opposite millenia institute.
one story i can remember this little girl.
there was this toilet on the first floor just behind the canteen.
the school's changed ever since the last time i was there so i dunno if the toilet's still there.
the story was, this girl had to really go to the toilet so she rushed to that particular toilet. after doing her business, she went to the door and tried to get out, but the door wouldn't move. she screamed for help but no one came. she starved to death there.
i dunno if the story's true.

this one's about my secondary school. the one near bukit batok ite.
again, i'm kinda amazed. in the four years i was there, the computer lab teacher keeps changing every year.
we had this compulsory computer course where we learned about photoshop and all other stuff in sec 1 and 2 if i remember correctly.
well, about the teacher, i managed to ask a friend how come the teachers kept changing.
well the 2005 teacher was kinda close to the students and told them everything. my friend heard the story either from a friend or from the teacher herself. well my friend said that the teacher one day, came to the computer lab and found that the lights were blinking, on and off, as if somebody was playing with them. she entered the room thinking that a student was playing a practical joke. what she was wasnt pretty.
there was a body, headless, running around the room. the head was on the teacher's table, screaming. and the computers were switched on.

ugh.
i guess the other computer teachers must have seen the same thing too.
i'm not sure if this story was true but i personally think it is.

oh and there's another one from the dnt room. the story goes that last time, a long-haired female student, was using the buffering machine. somehow, her hair got stuck in it and it tore her head apart.

this could have a link with my previous story about the computer lab.

Jugman = Legend!

Just kidding in a good way ah bro. Interesting stuff. Me thinks ghosts scared of RoRK. Where I go they donch have.

Rork : either you're christian or you don't believe in ghost (and because you don't believe, you don't see, and when you don't see, you'll never believe).

i've done this little personal survey on my own, I just realised that it's these 2 categories of people that usually will never see ghosts because of "it's all in the mindset". or even if they are both christian and they did see the ghost, they'll "reason its existence" off . not a good or bad thing nor stereo type, just individual preferences.

then again there will be other unexplainable reasons, like some people are just not meant to see.

but end of the day, it's better to just "don't see ghosts" unless you're an old guy and your friends are all passed off.

the more we want to see, the more we cant see

prolly gotta wait till the day/night of down and out, in the right place with the stars and moon aligned in one straight line, love ones left us, career going downhill, in debts etc or like what some hokkien bro bros will say, "suay ka hon kan", then can see

bro blue..., RoRK even more jialat! RoRK gotch the Christian spirit but believe in ghosts. Ghosts are spirits mah - if gotch good spirits then oso gotch bad spirits.

I have a friend who says that he can see spirits (ghosts) - apparently he's one of those born with a veil. He likes to hang around with me but I started avoiding him cos' I got the feeling that he's trying to use me to communicate with Hendrix, Rhoads and Marley.

Anybody heard of this kinda folks - gotch born with veil?
