What: SG Musicians Meetup! 3rd Sept'10 music sharing

Hi to all!
After our previous meetup in May'10, it had been the longest period of months since we have this gathering. Now its time to get back to our music gathering!
And this upcoming meetup on 3rd September'10 (Friday), we are happy to have this meetup at Singapore Polytechnic (SP). Want to see where our humble little workplace is officially? Come on down as we open up for your guys to peek! This is the first time we are holding this meetup in SP exclusively for meetup members and the Facebook group.
The agenda is pretty simple as follows for a free casual sharing session of music with one another:
7.00pm - 7.15pm Arrival of you guys (anybody interested in music!)
7.15pm - 7.30pm Networking (get to know fellow music players...interact and chat!)
7.30pm - 7.55pm Special segment for you to share exchange tips/ideas/secrets of DAWs - Digital Audio Workstations or more commonly known as PCs/Laptops with Pro-tools, Logic, Cubase, Garageband, etc.
7.55pm - 8.40pm (or later) Let us hear you (showcase your talents in music!)
8.45pm Wrap up, if there are some of you who would love to gather for supper, come!
The exact venue directions is: We are inside Singapore Polytechnic (Dover MRT). Take a 10-mins walk from the mrt to Innovillage near foodcourt 2 inside SP. Walk along the side perimeter of the campus. You can see the map http://www.sp.edu.sg/campusmap/a3.htm (carpark E) up the slope near the natural woods. Another map: http://www.sp.edu.sg/wps/portal/vp-spws/spws.org.abtsp.vstsp.campusmap (see “Innovillage” under the brown colour section). If you are taking the cab or driving, come through "Gate 8".
Do bring your own music equipments (e.g. guitars or keyboards etc). Let me know if anyone of you are willing to bring an electric keyboard and your personal guitar...but I saw from previous meetups most of you will bring your own guitar (no worries if you are not comfortable with sharing your equipments).
Simply come down for this informal gathering and display your music talents...share the music together. Do RSVP asap as there will be limited availability this time round. And yes, for our new members of this meetup group, this is all complimentary, no fees needed.
(p.s.** if you would like to perform, kindly arrive on time between 7.00pm-7.10pm as the registration for free-play will be on a first come first serve basis)
