Hi all,

Just thought to chip it my contribution to the music community in Singapore. I'm an advocate for Scoreless Music Method, a method by which a musician thinks purely in numbers (not the usual scored notes like classical, or even the chord methods that uses alphabets like C, F# etc).

I just started the website so it's still rough around the edges, but I hope to clean it up soon.

Well done!!!! I've been teaching this method for years to pianists and keyboardists who want to learn to improvise. This is also how I play by ear and improvise - my head goes in numnbers all the time. This make modulation of keys extremely simple.

Actually, the root of it is classical. That's how we do harmony - in roman numerals. I've adapted it slightly by adding some jazz numerology as well so it can be read and interpreted faster. Since then, eveything became numbers. It helps not only in improvisation but also in playing be ear. And I've been advocating it whenever I teach others.
