Sansamp Users. Help.

hi guys..

i got a change of most of my gear except guitar.. i bought tech21 power engine.. a sansamp classic and gt2 to try..

i find that the gt2 gets buzzy and fizzy on most of the settings i tried.really turns me off... only wif mic postion on classic and increasin the high could get me some warm marshall tones... any settings u guys can reccomend me to help me love this gt2?? the gt2 sounds very compressed to me..

i love the classic.. its very dynamic and i can get clean tones wif some light pickin.. and thick overdrive.. any body here has the sansamp classic?? care to share some patches??

From the settings you described off your gt2, i would think that you are NOT into metal/hi gain stuff aye?

The gt2 is a heavy gain pedal. It is compressed.

Its not fizzy or fuzzy in any way to a hard rocker....

i dunno how to describe.. but i hope to get guns and roses and maybe skid row sounds thru it.. but i wasnt.. the distortion sounds very buzzy to me.. the classic was too thick for those kind of tones.. and not enuff gain too.. but sounds realli gd for blues and stuff..

haiz.. i dun wanna sell and look for another pedal again leh..=(.. headache..

Ahhh just flip the classic mic-ing off. I personally don't use that setting cos it sucks.

Skid row and GnR stuffs easy to get from GT-2 wot.

Everything to the centre. High and Low depending on yourself. Volume for me, most of the time at 10-12 o clock and gain at 9?

If you want more fuzzy then put gain at 12? What amp you using anyway?

im usin the tech 21 power engine.. i dunon man.. the one sounds tts sounds gd to me.. is when i flick hi gain.. marshall.. classic mic.. den put high at the markin postion.. and more on bass.. sounds warm to me.. the center postion sounds too fizzy to me man..
