I'm not certain if I'll buy the CD - I haven't bought a CD in 15 years. But I'd love to check it out live.


When the cd is out bro....for the first time in 15 years....buy it and if you don't like it you can sell it to me for the original price that you've bought it cause i know it's very valuable....the "blood and sweat" he went through to get it out....it's priceless....and if you're talking bout high emotion....wow...buy the cd and read what written on it.....and about the live thingy....i'll ask him personally whether should i post the first notice of the live gig here for all to see.....

Lol! We'll see lah. My fav CD now, it's a loan from a friend, has been sitting in my CD player for the last 5 months. It's the Los Lonely Boys' 1st CD. Great stuff. Ballsy guitar work - rhythm and lead, great singing (mostly), and nice Fender sound throughout. IMHO there's lots of stuff out there that's worth a listen. But my take is not to listen to too many stuff cos' then it screws up my own stuff to the extent that licks and even arrangements somehow gets 'corrupted' by what I hear.

Well, if the live gig is a pay-for-entry only thingy, I'll be there. I love live stuff.

And I do not discount the amount of effort and energy put into something such as an album. So, let's wait for it to come out and for the live gig to happen. And if you're at the gig and chance to see someone wearing a t-shirt that reads, "I am not RoRK", you will know that that person is not me. ;-)

My comments were made with honest judgement. It's not my fault that he puts up four songs online and three of them sound alike in terms of phrasing and feel.
