Roland TD3 Bass drum

Any who one has a TD3 or E-drum kit with a bass drum similar to the TD3, i need some advice... The bass drum and pedal keeps moving further and further in as i play and after ever few mins, i will have to move the whole pedal out again. I have a piece of carpet under the pedal but it only improves the situation but it doesn't stop the pedal from moving in completely... Any advice anyone?

I faced the same problem as well, it was quite a bitch really.

I used industrial velcro on the bottom of the bass drum pad stand and it worked great. You might want to try it out.

Another alternative I can think of would be cheaper (I guess). Get normal velcro (without a stick back would be fine) and sew it to your carpet? Apart from sewing it to your carpet, you can use industrial strength tape on the back of the velcro and attach it to your bass drum pad stand.

Not too sure what brand mine is though, I just took some loose pieces from my uncle.

my 0.02, hope it works out fine for you.

All the best!

I thought, with the drum, they come with 2 screws that allow u to attach the bass drum base to the carpet on the floor. thats what i did, alternativily, you could try using those rubber grip with i quite cheap. place them below, it will prevent them from sliding. :D
