ok just to clarify abit.

last yr rockin xmas was held at substation and each band paid to play. this is a yearly event and it first started out as a small gig for frens from diff bands to gather and perform. however this turned to a yearly event and even big bands like A Vacant Affair, Caracal 4th Ave and so on paid to play. why? cause this gig is a low budget one and we have it for the fun of it. we do it in a neutral kind of way where everyone pays to play. this wouldn be fair if one band paid for everything. e.g the band organising.

the thing is its more of a place where we just have fun. not just perform and gig. a place where we make new frens and also new contacts and all. aiya all in all its not for the cash. its pure fun.

yeah, guilty as charged. we kinda wanna move to play in themed shows like on historic holidays, makes the song writing process easier and well we all can dress up. We're very multi-cultural

hey Marubeng, its actually along Armenian Street. in case you're taking a cab or something, u can just tell the cabbie. If you walk towards old national library, when u see Armenian Street, turn left, and when you see a bunch of people crowding around a building on your right, thats Substation. its directly opposite the coffeeshop there (if its still there that is. lol) have fun!!
