Replacement Bushings?

Hi all,

I bought a set of Gotoh SD91 MG Vintage Oval Knob Locking tuner heads to replace my previous ones which were non-locking but of the same Vintage type. However, the bushings that came with it were too small so I had to use the old bushings. This left a bit of gap between the tuning post and the bushing.

I was wondering if there are places that sell replacement bushings that are thicker so as to fill up the gap between the bushing and the tuner post? Or is there any way to solve this issue?

i think
its difficult to find replacement bushing ... i think u better replace the tuners with new ones ...
