to be fair to KC, I did not ask him to redo it because i only really tried it out at home and found the rattling on the fretted note from the upper frets onwards unbearable. i didnt try it out extensively at the shop as i was running late to meet someone..my fault for not clarifying at the shop..

Sounds like the neck is bowed, and action at saddle is lowered. straightening the neck a bit more and raising the saddles might be your answer. Provided the frets are level.

I raised the action slightly and it was all good. I think the action was set low at the nut...
less piak now haha.. btw the fender 69s you recommended sound really sweet in this strat with rosewood neck. especially 1 and 2 positions...i pick it up to play and 1hr just passes by like that..
