??? May I know why do you buy guitars for ??? to re-sell or to play ???

To carress in bed and carve holes in it that look like the female genitalia.

Well, there's always the possibility of the buyer not liking the guitar after awhile, especially if the buyer finds the guitar unsuitable for a certain genre, etc.

it'll only be wise esp for beginners, that they should buy a guitar that easy to sell in the future lest if they ever drop the new found hobby.

the LP100 is aim'ed at the beginners market but hey, even beginners know SPECS more than seasoned guitarists. They READ reviews and the internet is the best place for it.

that said... it'll be quite hard to fetch a good price for a ahem...

*drumrolls*

BOLT ON LES PAUL!!!

who in the right mind will buy a BOLT ON LES PAUL????

In line with the "its all about the looks thread" a BOLT ON Les Paul to me is sacrilege! It never LOOKED right nor FEELS right and it sure won't SELL right.

oh thats me... don't mind me bothersome old man...

oh let me put in something useful, Yamaha electrics are decent for their price even though I hate their necks but they're really well built.

It's still good to have some resale value to a guitar.

Supposing two years down the road she changes her mind about playing the guitar and wants to sell it...?

And besides, for the amount of money you're paying for the Epi LP 100 or special, you might as well spend a bit more and get a proper Epi LP Standard.

Please bro, think before you :smt070 , this isnt the first time...

p.s. My vote is still for the Tokai, unless your girl is picky about brands... :p
