Recommend a metal pedal and where can i get a SG guitar

Pls recommend a metal pedal.I am trying to look something that can play metallica songs or sound like metallica.Btw is the biyang metal end king any good?heard its quite nice........And where can i get a cheap SG guitar like below 400?preferbly a epiphone but and other brand or copy is ok........thx

if you really must get an epiphone, there's an epiphone sg special at swee lee that goes for $300+, though i wouldn't really recommend it.

the biyand metal end king is pretty good based on what fellow softies have been saying. go check it out at standard value.

other pedals that are suitable for metal (starting for the cheapest)would be

You should try the Beta Alvin HM-200 Heavy Metal. Available at Standard Value @ $85. Should be able to handle metallica stuff quite well from what i heard from fellow softies.

I second the Biyang Metal End King. If your planning to play Metallica and stuff like that, It'll be better if you get an ESP Viper instead. It's much more suited for metal than an Epiphone.

this will create the colour of Metallica tone in entersandman. try it.

Most pedals out there are made out of metal.

I tried out a Blackstar HT-Dual. I really dig it but I'm looking for more gain. Still awaiting the arrival of the HT-DISTX. I recommend you check it out.

u shld have gotten a epiphone sg at the sweelee sales..
i got a g310 for just $250 and the G400 was at ard $500 or so aft discount.
The condition was ok. for metal pedal try modtone's extreme metal?

Dude, u can try Metal Planet by Rocktron,
Think Metallica and Megadeth (Symphony of distruction, Youthernasia).
but, the saturation of the distortion is not very full so its only idea for rhythm...
To solo, u can try to get a booster which actually sounds great before the Metal planet itself...
