Re-painting Guitar Body

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of getting a guitar body to experiment on some paint work. I know it's going to take a lonnng time.

Thought of stripping down my current guitar, but that would be too risky. (I wouldn't have anything to play with if I do)

I know that guitar connection sells guitar bodies, where else can I get it? Hmmm what will the price range be?

I would say, experiment on a piece of discarded wood and not on some cheap guitar body. Refinishing / finishing a guitar body is too time consuming and tedious. imagine if u really completed a nice paintjob on a lousy guitar body. Who is going to buy if you wanna sell?

IMO, get some louya wood from a dustbin. practice on that. buy a good guitar body and apply what you've learnt on it.
