Question about single pedals

hmm, ill let the techies here explain on the more technical aspects in better detail.

the onespot retails for SGD 35, daisy chain at SGD 15.

Wait a min, the daisy chain right, do I buy 1 to link 1 more pedal? Which means everytime I have to power an extra pedal, I'll have buy 1 more daisy chain? Am I correct to say that?

depends on which daisy chain cable u intend to get.

i recommend the 1SPOT daisy chain, it's right angled and can supply power without a pedal with a power out eg. TU-2 or a NS-2 cos it has tt power input thing but it can only provide 5 pedals with power. furthermore, the length between the power jacks are longer so u dun have to 'skip one jack' to connect an effect esp when u aren't using just boss pedals..

another alternative would be the boss daisy chain cable..straight plugs but can power more effects..cant rmb how many power jacks(i think it's around 10).

this one doesn't hum with ANYTHING i've managed to try it with so far.

..but if you're not running between 9 and 13 pedals like i am, then go for the onespot. works great until you need isolated transformers for like line6 tonecore or variable voltage for modellers/boss aca.
