Qn Regarding Excel Sports and Music

Dear all,

Pls could someone offer some advice re the below.
I've tried to call Excel to find out about a few Gibraltar and DW stuffs.
Unfortunately, I didn't go very far as the lady on the other end refused give a price quote and hung up before I could ask if they're well-stocked.
I was asked to visit their showroom instead.
I'm from M'sia and I'm not sure how Excel operates...

I'm keen on purchasing the following items but I would like to know if they are in stock before I make a trip south. Pls could someone advice/comment/offer some hints on this.

P.S. I note that there are other Gibraltar dealers but as I'm also getting that DW practice kit, I would prefer to buy them all in the same place.
P.P.S. Not having any luck getting these stuff in my place as the wait is unreasonably long and the price unreasonably high.

JS music have both brands that you want, dont they. Also, the lady there will gladly attend to your needs.

Off topic: I realized just now that, in Malaysia, good customer service is a lot more "visible" in music (instruments) store as compared to malls (sales person).

Dude, I've went the JS Music path, if you could infer from what I've posted.
My situation is pretty clear cut: I just need to know whether Excel has stock or how I can find out.

And to comment on your observation on customer service, I'd say the stores in the malls and shoplots are the same. Some are bad, some are ok; where they're located is irrelevant.

Excel S&M is a wholesaler, distributing products to dealers in SG and in the region. They do not entertain non-corporate customers directly, i.e, no walk-ins, etc.

Their sister companies which serve the SG market are Ranking Sports & Music, and Music Theme. These are the showrooms they will refer customers to. You will have better luck checking for stock with them.
