Problems with double bass kicks

O.K so I've been playing a song that requires double kicks on a single pedal. I'm not very good with drum theory so i'll try my best to describe it.

the one with the double -- means theres is a longer delay in between the kicks being executed.
the problem is, for the earlier part of the jamming session, i'm able to catch abit of the tempo.
the tempo is say, about 120-130
after awhile, i'm unable to execute the fast sliding of the double kicks.

anyone with a solution to this?

try learning a technique independently. like just sit there and play the bass pedal. see which method u are more comfortable with (youtube for slide or heeltoe).

get the feeling of doing double strokes into your body just by playing the pedal, repeatly with practice of course with metronome

should find that next time when u playing the beat with hands include it shd be easier executed and can last longer =)
