a roadshow to promote Power Jam 2007 will be held at Timbre this saturday the 26th of May.
Bands playing will be The Nerves, Fatskunks (
) Timmy! and B-Quartet.
Kicks off at 8pm.
you guys might wanna drop by and ask the DJs a question or two regarding this year's Power Jam and to catch the bands playing too.

Really enjoyed our day out at Timbre at yesterday's power jam 1st round.
Congrats to all the bands that made the semis - see you there!
To those who didnt make it this time, dont give up. Take it as a learning curve for your future competitions.
To the bands going on for the 2nd auditions on 16 June - break a leg & all the best

2nd is my friends' great lineup & awesome performance NOW OPEN
and 3rd is my very own "so-so only" band lah UGLY BEAU...haha
(thought i can play the drums here but it's not meant to be for now so i'm still stuck with Mr Jem Jr...sigh)

we did 'Cuz Of U...and i'm the culprit who came out with the 'teenie-bubblegum-pop-rock' melody and 'cheesy' lyrics...hee
told my band that if we don't make it to finals, i will 'sell' the song to either Avril Lavigne,Ashlee Simpson,Hiliary Duff or Paris Hilton...or perhaps if Dream Theatre's keen, they can add some prog-metal flavor to it...haha
whoa bro fgl, Retro Groove brought back some good ol' memories man coz the last time i played Funky Town was back in '98 (i love the Cm7 "...you take me to, funky town...")
