hey sub..i wanna get a hardcase to fit my strat.. sumthing lightweight... and durable... and inexpensive.. would this freedom case be it?

at $90 its quite hard to fault eh? where can i buy one?

i like the Freedom because my Ibanez/ Strat fits well in there. i personally tested it with a strat, lock it up & shake the thing to hear whether there's movements in there- zilch! if there is, then it's not a good sign, certainly not the Freedom.

however, if you own the Ibanez S-series, the Freedom won't be a good unit for your guitar.

no probs! just get a deodorizer to get rid of the default smell, a very good hard case nevertheless..

form-fit versions are very difficult to come by, many manufacturers offer rectangular internal cavities eg:

hey, yea the pickups for the s series are stock, but the ones on the rg are dimarzio breeds

apologies- the case depicted above is actually the SKB version. the FREEDOM version for P/ J bass is the 'Freedom 4', depiceted below. it's a generic case that fits both precision/ jazz style bass.

as mentioned before, the FREEDOM (FREEDOM 6) would fit the SZ320 well, bought one for mine... 8)

got from ebay it's in pretty bad cosmetic condition. but with SD Invader, Hot Rails and Screaming Demon as PUs, i'm not complaining.
