percussion workshop for quick learning more-or-less-beginner

Hello all,

I live in Brunei and search for a percussion workshop in the vicinity (includes Singapore). Googling doesn't really help me - is someone here who can give me advice or knows where I could ask for? Would be happy to find an answer, whatsoever.

you can try the 8th Note school..not sure where it is though. check around the forums. i think they posted in the teachers wanted section before..

Try getting in touch with Asif Pishori - he's a musician based in Brunei.
Ask him for contacts of drummers/percussionists who might be giving lessons.

One of the guys he plays with is James Dean Vielma.
