pedals and guitars

shredrat, did u rip off shredcow's idea of his name? haha no offence

but to your qn does it meaning like

ibanez guit > ibanez pedals > ibanez amp?

well i guess no..

Definately no in my opinion(imo).. ibanez guitar>loadsa diff pedals(booteek!)> Good amp like marshall avt20 or sth like tt. then sounds nice.

pedals are up to individual taste. not to say sound good or bad. just play with pedals more you find out soon enough. Reading what people describe abt this pedal and that pedal wont help u much if you dont know what sounds good or bad to u in the first place.

NO!

There IS a universal pedal that sounds good to EVERYONE!

The Ibanez Tubescreamer.

8)

But do what works for you. I will cringe and complain and whine when somebody uses a Tubescreamer, and I will never advise anyone to take it up unless absolutely necessary. But if it moves you to write better music or play better, go ahead go ahead...

Randolf modded sd-1 still my fave leh. Dunno what he does to the thing but it beefs up my clean and dirt sound, on just 1 universal setting, and i just leave it on all the time. That's versatile to me.

people who buy tubescreamers who owes a little solid state amp is gonna be dissapointed. They are meant to push tube amps on the verge of breakup into breakup to get tha tone. a $200 TS9 will still sound like shit through a crappy little amp.

even a klon centaur or a langraff overdrive or even the om labs sahasrara will sound like shit thro a crappy lil amp!!!

i vote peavey rage108 the numero uno of crappy lil amps!

Can get good little amp will be better?

Like a Valbee? Or Vox Pathfinder?

Serious question here. Your opinion ciel my man, coz you play louder than loud time louder than the loudest loud to infinity.

not all pedals sound good with the pathfinder.

the pathfinder tends to be trebly.

i've got one and its zhnnggged but its still not the reference amp for me.

I can run better with my Nike Air Max 95 and my drifit nike running shorts and my nike drifit tee.

Together with my nike watch and heart rate monitor, I know exact how I'm pacing myself.

Also my nike headband and wrist band not only look retro 80's cool but they help to wick my sweat away.

And I can't do without my nike water pouches. Its so ingenious of them to make a little nylon belt with so many little bottles. amazing.

However, I'd use only Thor-lo socks cos my doc told me so. bad ankle you know.

I run an average of 10km per year and I do run better with all my nike running gear!
