None.

I will go with Korg Pitchblack.

* small footprint
* true-bypass
* more accurate tuning than TU-2
* sexy black

+1 to Pitch Black, this one's also recommended:

LU20-1.jpg

The input/output jacks seem to oxidize and needs constant cleaning to avoid crackle.
I replaced jacks with similar but of better quality...
The footswitch is of low quality and does go intermittent occasionally.
No recommended for working musicians or those who gig often.

Korg DT-10 and TU-2 are of comparable standards. It's like comparing Milo and Ovaltine man! Alike but slightly different!

DT-10:
Larger footprint

TU-2:
Mojo lights!
Very good buffer for those with fully true bypassed boards

In the end, if you're going for a quick and accurate tuner, go for the Pitchblack, or if you're really particular, the Sonic Research Turbo Tuner!

I would go Korg....more accurate than Boss.

Accuracy of +/- 1 cent tuning accuracy on Korg compared to +/- 3 cents on Boss.

Both buffers are reasonably good, although i've read about the TU-2 sucking tone.

just get the pitchblack....true bypass and smaller footprint thus you get the best of both worlds. City Music is selling them cheaper than what you would get on a TU-2 from Swee Lee brand new.

I totally agree with Subversion's recommendation on the Ibanez LU-20! I have it myself and why I prefer it to the other two is the fact that its wide display is really easy to read. The Korg has a wide display too but it is one big-ass pedal! The only downside on the Ibanez LU-20 is the fact that the pedal (not the entire thing, the "stomped part") is plastic, but I guess that's not really an issue for me. At a sale at swee lee, I got mine for $45. Waaaaay cheaper than either the Boss or the Korg...
