Paying to Play - How do you feel about it?

so basically, when you guys are not complaining about how bad gigs are, you complain that good gigs are good gigs because of good location, and should be done in bad locations instead?

what are you going to suggest next? that gigs should use unknown bands instead of known bands? that gigs should be given an uncool image so that only really passionate people go?

when we see progress, we only pick it apart. really, can't we just keep the momentum going?
