Paramore Fans Only!

i was in love w em since 'all we know is falling'.
i felt that they were different and every single track meant sth.
RIOT!'s awesome too.

now they are mainstream-ed.
definitely alot of go-go fans.
lol. pardon me for saying that.

i wanna see them live! all of paramore.
NOT only for hayley. hahah.

i think paramore's quite a good band. their songs are great, and judging from videos of them live, they kick ass. plus hayley can sing live pretty well. :D

Im not too sure about the other members of paramore coz all i hear is hayley's name all the time. But i do know the guitarist and the drummer are very very good. I watch them on MTV Live and they were really something.

i heard of paramore way back before they became main stream but i knew they were gonna be mainstream sooner or later anyway.

there are only two albums.

i prefer the first too, but Riot! does grow on you after a while. A couple of the slow songs i used to skip now stick in my head

I feel that once a band is "mainstream-ed" the chances of them performing in singapore are higher right? That's one positive factor, kind of. I'm pretty glad paramore got the success they deserve, the attention too.

And I do agree with visa, the songs on Riot! DO start to grow on you.

Paramore IS a good band. And Hayley CAN sing well 'live'.
A bit too poppy for me but that's my opinions on them.
Definitely a third album.
And that's it.

Gawd.

Let's just hope what TravisK said won't happen. I don't think it will. Hayley loves the guys and really, if you think about it, Hayley won't be Hayley without Paramore. Vice versa.

And by the way threadstarter, they're not making a new single called TWYG. They're making a new video for That's What You Get. New VIDEO, not a new SINGLE.

i actually didnt give a crap about paramore when they just released their first album and starting to create some kind of "scene madness", cause i thought it was some overrated hype which wasnt worth any additional attention.

but then one day i sometime before riot, a friends band covered some paramore, and i thought ermm.. kinda good songs, checked out their purevolume and well, what can i say, got hooked since and bought riot! 2 months back. it sounded good, but truthfully after a 40 days of bus rides with riot, i guess its time for a change. :D

Really. Paramore IS a good band. They CAN play and Hayley CAN sing. However, they just don't possess that power like RHCP or cranberries or Blink182 to name a familiar few.
Paramore DOES have really catchy songs but they need a 'THE Bomb!!' kinda songs that will last decades on like ones i mention being Under the Bridge, Zombie (everyone knows this song..E.v.e.r.y.o.n.e) and All the small things respectively.

Last but not least,

Hayley will go solo.

In the meantime, enjoy them while they last. :)

so much ignorance =p

hello everyone...

since we posted the last entry, we've gotten tons of phone calls and people posting things on websites saying that we are breaking up. i just want to make it clear, though, that by posting two nights ago we weren't saying the band was over. we posted because we are going through hard times and we felt that because we have a really good support system in you guys, our fans, it would be better for us to just be honest about what's going on - even though, it was a pretty vague explanation. man, some of the rumors that i've heard going around are insane! it's weird how out of hand things can get even when you just try to tell a simple truth. (for the record, my eggo is not preggo). anyway, we just need to take time to make this band the best it can be... and we are doing that now.

thank you for all the love and the encouragement you guys have shown. and WE WILL! be seeing you guys on the 27th of March in Orlando, FL :)

from "Riot!"

As for competing with RHCP and Blink 182, Paramore happens to be much younger than both of them. Time will tell!
