to those with spraying experience: if a part of the guitar is not evenly sprayed (eg there's paint build-up or it's thinner) so i have to sand n redo the whole primer-ing n spraying again?
 
no you don't have to. Sand lightly till the spot is flatten and start building up from there.

Patience is the key.
 
thx for the reply edd. but how do i make it look smooth after that? wont they look 'broken up'?

That actually called for some technique.
for beginner, what my dad, he's a contracter anyway suggested
that's instead if light sanding not only the affected area, but a wider area around it.

and resprayed again.

that should do the tricks
