Overnight Jamming Studios

Do you guys happen to know any jamming/recording studios that open 24hrs?
My band needs to get some songs down, and we need a place where we can jam after hours with no volume limit (we can't do that in our own place, neighbors need sleep)

I'm sure you guys know what i mean, its overnight jams that bring out the most, 2-3 hour jams just won't cut it if you want to actually get something out of the session, or maybe thats just me.
