For me, i think Paul Daniels is too underrated. He definately deserves big time endorsement for any big guitar names. Any time.

I dont think Slash is over-rated though.
The riff he came up with is awesome. And if it isn't, well.... i dont know either.

Under-rated : John Mayer.
Most people look to him more as a vocalist then of a guitarist.

Slash comes out with cool riff?? There many underrated guitarist with cool riffs... Eg james hefield metallica, dave mustaine megadeth etc

Feodor Dosumov, most definitely the most underrated guitarists out there!!! Not only that, but his twin brother, Farko Dosumov is also one of the most underrated bassists out there
