our local talent!

First of all, I'm no emo or screamo fan... But bro, music is very diverse... That kid's good. But then again, there's Chopin, Mozart and there's Metallica, Korn... All attracts their own respective crowd.

So please be more civic minded about posting your preferences alright?

Everyone's here to enjoy his/her own music... Let's keep this place in harmony

well it seems like there must be too many sub-strandard screamo bands flooding up the local market now

sometimes blueberries are red...

thailoverboy! you got my message..

thats what i meant.. and i dun mean screamo or emo is never good.. good one are actually pleasant to ears.. but.. you know.. i've been exposed to alot of so called musicians nowadays that cant even spell a major scale.. i mean i just hope ppl wake up their idea and if they are serious about their music, be serious to listeners out there.. be it their fans or just a passerby.. otherwise it would be considered to me a noise pollutions..

Well, it all calls for everyone (musicians as well as consumers) to give each others and ourselves a chance lah

Unless, someone out there admits he's just posing... Then it's a different story

To Spell The Scala Mayor is one thing ,some don't even know how to tune their gtr. without the help of tuners.Major Scale is neee cccc saaa reee thats Y it's called MAJOR SCALE, all MODES & other scales etheir mayor or minor comes from MAJOR SCALE(Soorrryyy 2 say) There are many class of music but the screamo (Bo class) I'ts fine to start there but to play the same thing for few years! OH I don't know what to call them.

To those sub standard screamo bands , screaming is just screaming. I doubt they even know that screaming requires some technique and not to mention loads of practice as well.

Screaming is not just all about raising your vocal chords.

Power is nothing without control

major scales comes from modes ..... (sorry to say)

Modes comes first...... early church music, gregorian and chanting ..
they don't have major or minor scales .... what they have is modes
it's called Ionian mode ..... before it's called major ....

if modes came before we call it major/minor, any reason why major and minor became the most widely used scales?
