just read a review of the amp in this month's total guitar.
the amp was designed to recreate AC/DC's guitar sound from the first 3 cds, with both vol and tone at 10, and gain at 5.

and the first 1000 are made in korea, before it shifts to china.

yeah there are plenty esp with the amount the current US market is churning out. but im always searching for that great high gain tube amp sound in something that is portable. cos i dont really do the pedal kinda thing but pedals are so much more convenient than lugging around say a mesa road king. can pretty much afford regular tube amps but anyone know where i can myself a cheap slave to help me lug the stuff around? ahaha.

don't let a magazine have a final impression of a certain product on you. yes, the TT was conceived with the AC/DC vibe in mind but this amp is capable of more. i was fortunate to hear some samples (over Yahoo chat by a friend). rather impressive (especially with a drive type booster at the helm...).
