the shoot is free or do we have to pay to get in or something? i really don't quite know the rules.. still new to this.. i've always heard great music at timbre on sat nights but dunno if it's free to get in or what..

Its free. Timbre is a cafe. You do not have to pay anything to go in.

Ok Folks 2nd time around OpenStage 2 is happening on the coming Sat 20th May. Come on by!

So comre on by Sat night 20th May at Timbre for OpenStage 2 from 6pm to 2am! FLea Market stalls with all their assorted goodies for grabs at great prices that you browse about amidst the great food drinks and did we ever mention the JIm Beam chicks! The great bands showcasing their groovy originals under the shade of the trees in the open air!

The bands for Openstage 2 are

Stoned Revivals, The Love Experiment, Documentary in Amber and The Embryo

Inter Open Jam among musicians at the end of the night! Check it out as almost anything will happen!

Phew! That was another great night at OpenStage2!

I'd like to say thanks to all who came by, and the lovely people who came together to make it another lovely event. Sure hope you all enjoyed the the great vibe and music and had yourselves a lovely night out at Timbre.

Documentary in Amber played a lovely lush set of their unique atmospheric instrumentals which was mesmerizing. Great job guys!

The LOve Experiment were so charming with their lovely onstage camraderie and sure looked like they had a great time performing their signature blend of quirky tunes. It brought smiles all around!

Stone Revivals! Wow wat can I say except the Groove was in the pocket and the vibe was VOODOO! Kamal even came onboard to sling the bass and Ahmad went from the gorgeous Rhodes onto the drums towards the end of the set and it waaaas Gerek Brudders!

Embryo played an inspired set with new tunes invented right in the middle of the spacey improvs and was awed with the drumming grooves of lovely Audrey who came up to jam some serious grooves! Boys, did you see and hear that girl play? Well done Girl! 8O
