OM: REMASTERED - Dhalif - T.S.S.

comparing to wat i have heard from the old T.S.S, i personally feel tht this remastered one is more upfront.. kinda give more impact than the old one.. is like u have push up some parts tht make it sound BIGGER!!.. but dude.. i really love the improvisation to this man.. the melody and the dynamics of it.. is jus there.. wanna hear more of this kinda shit balls!!.. haha.. but it was a job well done... and if i am not wrg.. u add a lil more reverb??? i dunno man.. maybe its jus me.. haha..
 
just from the old reverb man.. just that when i used the maximizer the drums are pushed up a little bit higher so u hear all the reverby hits more..

use to love this plugin too. but when i start to do more mastering..... found out that this plugin bring more shit out then the mix. :) that's just my personal experince. stop using it already. :)
 
cause this plugin actually bring out everything and you can't actually control what you want and what you don't. usaully it bring out more shit if you listen carefully. :) at first listening of the plugin, it really impress me. but later on, i find that it sound too unreal and i think music should not be in that way. :) now for mastering, i will only use some multi-compress, eqs and maybe some wave plugs. :)
 
I like this song a lot !!

I put it next to YJM's arpeggio from hell on my playlist and then my fren asked "Did malmsteen play this song?".

The main melody and the first half of the solo are very un-Yngwie. Second half of the solo is you (very good) Yngwie stylisms.

Anyway, I guess you are looking for comments on the production, so I think the harmonies stand out really nicely. Don't know if this is a result of the new stuff you are using, but it's very pleasing to me.

I got to get some recording lessons from you sometime. I'm hopeless at sticking stuff on tape - I just haven't got the patience to sort all the bits out... :|
