You guys are better than this. I sort of know CLaire's work.
It is evident that the two of you shouldn't work together. This is quite horrigible. The sad thing is that both of you have talent!

You need a dedcent to good producer to make it work. The way thins wong is, it just doesn'y work and is quite bad to the point that it is outright irritating.

It seems that there is an overbearing wish to be cool but it turns out to be really bad.

I wanted to comment much much earlier but I thought that I shouldn't because I was in touch with Claire earlier. I've also heard THOA stuff, which was good. And Claire is good.

But this one - whoa. Please keep it under wraps. It is really bad.

rork, i have something to tell you, you don need a good producer to tell u what to do with ur music  .. u keep telling ppl that.. oh please..

btw about the song, i don't find it nice lol.. claire doesnt fit into the song..

I've only mentioned that some people should have a producer - not all and certainly not all the time.
The cases where I have mentioned it is spot on as far as I see it. THOA and Claire's collaboration could have worked if there was someone more experienced and with a better sense of direction.
The other guy who worked on the techno stuff for a Ronin song also would have benefitted from working with a producer. Looks like he has talent but the direction was quite off the mark.
A good producer would have provided better direction and would have lined up the goals and the impossibile's early on.

I thought so...

Well, it was an attempt. Lacking a producer is one thing. Lacking the proper set up is another.

And I kinda agree. The presence of a producer would have justified this track better. We need direction, we need guidance.

I'm just gonna take this one off.

Just wondering, though, has there been a thread made about how important the role of a producer is?
