Old amps - Fender Deluxe 85 / Princeton 112

Hey,
Has anyone here used the Fender Deluxe 85/Princeton 112 solid state amps ? I've searched a fair bit online but would like to hear your opinions on these. Is it worth spending on a discontinued product or should I be looking at other options instead? Have to admit though that the Deluxe 85 has a terrific clean channel :?

What are the typical problems that I might encounter with an old ss amp and what should I be checking before I buy one?

the tubed princeton sounds great. i tried one out at guitar connection once but I have no idea if its still there or not. whatever the case, its a good clean sounding amp.

The Priceton 112 is a damm good amp. I've been using it since the early 90s and it has never given me any problems at all. The overall sound of the amp is nice especially when it's played clean.
